Happiness Challenge Day 10: Learn from Others

Learn from others. There is always an opportunity to learn something new from others. Everyone has some good and some bad things, it is our outlook on how we respond to the positive learning opportunity.

Keep introspecting about your good and bad habits. This strategy is helpful in personal development. You should spend 10 minutes every night before you sleep to self-examine yourself. This will help you to understand where you did wrong and what were your achievements, achievements will help you be happier and you can work on your weakness which you feel you should have not done.

After, sometime this practice should be followed by learning from others. Write down the best qualities of individuals who you admire and work on this list. Then, each morning as you get up, just focus on the list which you have made. After some time you will find a set of qualities which you use to admin on others.
