Do not be self centric

Try to go through one full day without saying “I”. Focus on others. Once you started doing so, you will feel calmer, stronger and happier. Because we can play an important role in others life and by supporting, motivating and helping them.

Because by listening to others you will understand that everyone has some of the other issues. It will be easier for you to handle your problems which will automatically lead to happiness within.

Gradually make this one of your goals. This will help you to develop a dynamic, charismatic personality. This will help you build your network stronger. And people will love to be associated with you because you are trying to listen to them.

“You matter to me, I find you of value, I care for and respect you. Such words add value to life and when you see, you are adding value to other’s life, it gives a feel-good fact which automatically leads to be happier in life.

Try this out –  Just one day help someone who seriously needs your left and at night when you go to bed just recall your day. You will feel amazing that you had helped someone. This is a Japanese technique of being happy where the Japanese just work in building communities so that they can keep helping each other. And this adds value to their lives as well.
