In my today’s article, I am not going to tell you some random hacks, I am telling you hacks which are scientifically proven and also have a mega impact on your life.
These habits will work for all of you who want to achieve anything in life – whether you want to have better relationships or you want to be self-dependent. With these 5 mega-habits, your life will become exponentially better. And once these habits are inoculated in your lifestyle you will turn into a different person.
Power of 5 Habits
Habit 1: Focus on the things which matter most.
First, the question you should ask yourself What you want from your life? Do you want to keep pleasing others or life with success and bliss?
It is always said and better you start believing that you cannot please everyone so better to work on your goals, but to work on your goals you should know what are your goals?
How to find what matters you most: Make a list of your top priorities for a year. Now start working on them one by one. You should focus and start working as per the list. Prioritize your needs and work accordingly, Do not let others to prioritize your life — take control of your choices!
Habit 2: Start working at Micro level:
Make plans and analyse your whole day schedule, divide your day into smaller portions and see at what time you are most productive, try to keep most important task for that portion of the day when you can perform the best. For example, a few days back I was interviewing one mom blogger she said she generally write when her kid is at school or when they sleep. So this you have to identify yourself when you can perform best.
Habit 3: Train your brain to get what you want

This is a simple and easiest therapy, talk with yourself, commonly known as self-talk. Self-talk is important and helps you to achieve what you want. You must make a list of your goals which you want your mind to remember. Tell yourself regularly about your goals and after some time you will realise that you have come up with a more empowering version that is aligned with your goals.
Step 4: Be Accountable to yourself
Everybody has moments when they feel extremely motivated and inspired to achieve a goal, improve themselves and build a better life. At the same time, there are moments when you feel tired and demotivated. This is the time when you have to keep up with your promise. Think of a time when you started and the reason why you started. Just tell yourself- you will not give up.
Simple trick: Take a break of 2-3 days, do what you like most and again resume your goal after that, it will give a high kick.
Step 5: Stick to Your Habits Long Enough to Fall in Love With Them
The researchers have found that it takes 66 days to make a new habit- once you are successful in making a new habit it will be part of your daily routine so it will not be difficult for you to work on it.
The simple technique which I follow is the “5-second rule” from Mel Robbins. It is based on the concept that the most effective way to do something is to just do it. It works like this: Count down from 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 and then start. It’s surprisingly effective because it doesn’t give your mind a chance to talk you out of it. And usually, getting started is the hardest part.
And after some time you will fall in love with your habit and it will be a part of your daily life.
